LISTA promotes the utilization of the technology sectors for the empowerment of the Latino community. It is an organization that is committed to bringing various elements of Technology under one central hub to facilitate its partners, members and the community with the leverage and education they need to succeed in a highly advanced technologically driven society. The Hispanic Chamber of E-Commerce (HISCEC) is an online Hispanic business association focused on promoting Hispanic businesses via the Internet and the use of e-business tools. The Hispanic Chamber of E-Commerce was launched in April 2008 to pursue our passion for e-commerce and the Hispanic business community. It was incorporated in the state of California as a for-profit corporation. They have been passionate about e-commerce since 1998. Their knowledge about the digital economy and the Hispanic Market has developed over the years. Three years ago, they decided to create an online Hispanic business association that could contribute to the growth and development of an online Hispanic business community. Eduardo will be speaking at HISCEC’s Sandiego Hispanic Business Showcase in 2010.

Founded in 1930, the University of Miami Alumni Association is the UM CONNECTION to more than 154,000 fellow alumni. Governed by a volunteer board of directors, the UMAA is committed to encouraging lifelong education, providing quality services and programming, and assisting in the continued development and enhancement of the University of Miami. Eduardo is the Immediate Past President of the Tallahassee Club.

Eduardo graduated from Loyola University New Orleans in 2003, with a degree in Finance and Computer Information Sciences. He is now a active member of the Alumni Association and recently working with the School of Business to provide mentoring to Loyola business students.

Eduardo has been a member of the Project Management Institute since 2007. He recieved his Project Management Professional certification in early 2009.

THLPE members are working together to strengthen the network of professionals and entrepreneurs in the Latino community and to promote opportunities for young Latinos of all ages through leadership, scholarship, service, and diversity. Eduardo is an active member and is working with other THLPE members to organize the THLPE Business and Entrepreneurship Summit on May 1, 2010.
